Start with one workflow
A single process, measured before and after. Not a company wide transformation programme. If the first workflow does not pay for itself, there is no second one.
Ship something usable
Working software in weeks, running against your own data and your own systems. A demonstration on sample data proves nothing about your business.
Hand it over
Your team runs it. We document the logic, train the operators and stay reachable. An engagement that cannot end is not a service, it is a dependency.
